Social and Community Access

Supporting you to connect with your community, build relationships, and participate in social activities.

How we can help

Humans are social creatures. We thrive when we feel connected, valued, and part of something bigger than ourselves. Yet for many people with disability or age-related challenges, social isolation can creep in quietly and take a real toll on mental health and quality of life. Our community access services exist to change that. We help you get out of the house, participate in activities you enjoy, and build the kind of meaningful relationships that make life richer. Whether it is joining a local art class, cheering on your favourite footy team, exploring a farmers market, attending a community event, or simply catching up with a mate over coffee, we provide the practical support and companionship you need to live a full and connected life. Our support workers are not just there to assist; they are there to share the experience with you.
